Bosley Revitalizer® Returns & Satisfaction Guarantee Policy

For Bosley Revitalizer purchases made before the noted effective date, please reference your purchase documents.

Bosley is dedicated to helping men and women restore their hair so they can look and feel their best. We stand behind the Bosley Revitalizer® and are confident that with consistent and proper use, you will see results. Please note that hair growth does not happen overnight and requires time and patience. Used individually or as part of a combined treatment program, most users begin to experience improvement in hair loss within 4-6 months.

To qualify for any applicable guarantee or warranty, the product must be registered once received. All policies apply only to the original purchaser and registered name on record.

IMPORTANT FINAL SALE NOTICE (SALE-PRICED & CERTIFIED RENEWED UNITS)

All sale-priced Bosley Revitalizer® units and all Certified Renewed Bosley Revitalizer® purchases are FINAL SALE. These purchases are not eligible for returns, refunds, exchanges, or size changes for any reason.

Warranty coverage remains fully in effect for sale-priced and Certified Renewed devices. Bosley guarantees service, repair, or replacement (at Bosley’s discretion) for any qualifying manufacturing or device-related issues in accordance with the applicable warranty terms.

REVITALIZER SATISFACTION GUARANTEE POLICY (FULL-PRICE PURCHASES ONLY)

The Bosley Revitalizer Satisfaction Guarantee allows you to use the laser for a period of 30 days from the date of purchase. If you are not satisfied with your results after meeting the conditions below, you may be eligible for a refund/credit within the terms of this policy.

This Satisfaction Guarantee applies only to full-price purchases made directly on Bosley.com or at a Bosley Clinic location. It does not apply to sale-priced units, promotional or discounted units, Certified Renewed units, or purchases made through retail partners.

To initiate a return, contact Revitalizer Customer Service at (866) 271-4090 to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA). Returns without an RMA will not be accepted.

Devices and battery packs must be returned within 21 days of RMA issuance and be in functional condition with normal wear and tears. Refunds will be issued less than 25% restocking fee and applicable shipping costs.

Bosley Revitalizer Retail Partner Satisfaction Guarantee

For purchases made through authorized retail partners, Bosley does not offer refunds. Instead, qualifying devices may be applied toward a Bosley hair transplantation procedure of 800 grafts or more, subject to physician approval and additional terms.
